Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information 
InStep does its best to make sure that our customers receive their products in the most timely and inexpensive way possible. All orders will be confirmed and shipped within 3 business days via FedEx Ground. An email will be sent to you once the order has been received and another once the order has shipped with the tracking number. You can track the order on www.fedex.com.

Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time.

International Shipping
We do not ship to addresses outside of the continental United States.

Returns are accepted for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase. A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns/exchanges. If a return does not have a pre-approved Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package, it will be refused. Please click on “Customer Service” on the top menu bar and fill out the E-Mail form to request a Return Authorization.

   · All returns must be in new condition, complete with the original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc.
   · All packages refused by customers without prior written consent will be charged for return shipping. 

   · We do not issue return shipping labels. 

   · Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the purchase. 

   · Return Authorizations (RA) are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days after they have been issued.  Products returned after the expiration date will be refused. 

Order Acceptance
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any purchase order regardless of reason. Please be aware that you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped.

Some situations that could result in a refused purchase order include inventory limitations, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit department.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your purchase order is refused or cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

We do our best to process order within 24-hours after it is received. However, we do not guarantee this service. In peak seasons, it may take up to 48-hours to process your order. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will probably ship the following Monday or the next business day if there is a holiday.
